Details 一、Instruction
Single chamber Work piece heated under protective atmosphere Heat processing technique such as temperature and atmosphere of heating room are controlled by PLC. Without manual intervention It’s an automatic equipment for heat treatment.
二、Design Introduction
Design according to customers’ requirements Mainly applied in anneal processing for stainless steel precise casting. This equipment regards the following factors:
1．Production Capability: according to customers’ needs.
2．Temperature: common temperature 850℃－920℃ Max. temperature 950℃
3．Adopt intelligent instrument + SCR temperature control system, enhance control precision, save energy (energy-saving over 30% than on-off) reduce the impact on power
4．Display injection device of protective medium and furnace pressure. Account medium injected amount to guarantee no work piece oxidation.
5．Adopt four-rod furnace airproof structure. Adopt water cooling cover and rubber airproof device to ensure no gas and thermal leaking in the furnace and maintenance furnace pressure.
6．Adopt holding structure in charging and discharging mechanism to reduce basket weight and enhance its lifetime, at the same time, reduce consumption of expensive refractory steel.
7．Adopt refractory steel in fan for mixing, to ensure even temperature in furnace (empty furnace temperature±5℃) so that to ensure product quality.
8．Adopt imported light anti-infiltration C brick in heat treatment room to reduce heat lose and save energy further.
