Two-Chamber Structure of Controllable Atmosphere Multifunctional Furnace
Front chamber can be divided into 2 floors
Rear chamber is heating chamber Finish heating techniques such as carbon-penetrating, carbon-penetrating and nitriding together, normalizing, for protecting atmosphere in rear chamber
Upper floor of front chamber accomplish charging for work piece in transmission floor
Underlayer of front chamber is oil groove for quenching Accomplish discharging and oil quenching of work piece
Design of this furnace features in following aspects:
(1) All of transmission mechanism is working under cold status, so it has long lifetime.
(2) Radiant tube distributed in both sides and bottom of heating room according to requirement. Adopt SCR/PID control at the same time. Hence, good temperature equality, furnace temperature equality ≤±5℃
(3) Adopt round furnace non-muffle structure. Adopt anti-filtration brick, heat preservation brick and plate made by Japan or Germany, long lifetime, good temperature equality and better fluidity. Avoid many inconveniences for damage caused by non-muffle
(4) Heat radiating area of round furnace is less than square furnace for about 20%, so it saves more energy.
(5) Equip with stirring fan with high flux in heating room to ensure fluidity and equality and easy for maintenance.
(6) Furnace effective time reduced 1/3～1/6 than common furnace, less gas consumption and save cost.
(7) Adopt double floor in the elevator in front chamber. It can charging in upper floor and quenching for work piece at the same time so it reduces much time and improve efficiency (Only adopt single structure in common furnace which can not charging during quenching)
(8) Equip with quenching oil groove with strong quenching capability and capacity. Independent two mixing system, adjustable mixing speed and even oil temperature
(9) Small floor area
(10) Advanced automatic control system to ensure automation of whole technique course. (Can be accomplished in control chamber, while, some of other furnace can not realize automation. It only can be accomplished out of the chamber.)
